The feature should help the user in replying to questions like "Where I am on the page?" or "Where I am in the website sitemap?"

The orientation can be defined based on:

  • WAI-ARIA roles, attributes, and HTML element of the exact element the user is at a given moment such as a dialog or a tab system
  • The closest section parent element such as header or footer
  • The part of the page such as top, middle, or bottom
