Get Text - failback is broken

Given this:

WIth the failback set like this:

I would expect this to never stop the workflow as a failbakc is defined for the Get Text and takes me back to the beginning of the loop.

However, it does stop the workflow instead.

BTW is it possible at all to have all the block with the Error set and e.g. Continue workflow by default without havign to define this manually 1 by 1 ?
