The AVM resource module for AKS is now GA - https://github.com/Azure/terraform-azurerm-avm-res-containerservice-managedcluster

To align with AVM, it will be good for AKS-Landing-Zone-Accelerator to use the above AVM resource module for creation of AKS cluster
