Benefit/Result/Outcome

*Keeping the documentation up to date to reflect that we are not using Linux shell scripts and that we have also written the mlz code using Bicep

Description

*The README.md text will be changed from "Written in Terraform and Linux shell scripts" to "Written in Terraform and Bicep"

Acceptance Criteria

  • The README.md file is update
  • No code changes were made
