Currently this header doesn't error:

RLAPI void fn(){}
RLAPI void fn(){}

The parser's output is:

fn ⇐  "fn" _R⟨⟩# #
fn ⇐  "fn" _R⟨⟩# #

It's invalid bqn code. Ideally there should be an error.
