Make shared reference folder to test full pipeline #8

Description of feature

Hello 👋 ,

A shared reference folder on hasta is needed so when we run the full pipeline, we know how to troubleshoot when problem arises.

Don't think we should use symbolic links or files within this folder b/c potential issues with nextflow having access to the origin folder.
