[feature request] add local multiplayer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when I'm unable to play with my friends that have IOS devices, so I'd like the ability to play locally on my device.

adding local multiplayer support (turns, pass device on, etc.)

Describe alternatives you've considered
chess.com doesn't support chaos :(
