通过参数控制排序字段为title

这个功能可以解决什么问题？

视频种子资源抓取的软件取第1条作为最新内容，但是有些RSS源的名称是正序的，导致永远只抓取第1条

我已经搜索了现有 issue，以确保这项功能尚未被请求及不是新的 RSS 提案。
