VRC7 audio produces unwanted noises on playback/stop #79

The VRC7 channels can produce unwanted noises when playing back/stopping a module.
Steps to reproduce the issue:

Make a new VRC7 module and add an instrument with this patch - $00 $00 $00 $07 $80 $F0 $00 $08
Play the instrument.
Play/stop the module. You will hear noises each time, and the volume meters will recognise this. This behaviour will not stop until the sound is killed (F12).
