Feature: Add Collections

Currently resources are all independent but can be linked together via shared tags. Some resources have a more direct connection, for example a tutorial that exists of multiple parts, or talks from a single conference.

Adding collections could be a way to link together these resources with a direct connection and provide a clear overview of related ones.
