apotheosis spawner settings (possibly config) are wrong #54

a brand new spider spawner, with 800 max delay, apply one clock, brings the spawner's max delay down to 4

possibly the first setting the the section for these configs. since that value is 4 there

playing 1.1.0

addendum. putting quartz in off hand and trying to apply a clock does nothing, so I can't reverse this
