webp image did not rotate

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. open .webp images
2. Try to rotate using button on top.
3. Image does not rotate

Expected behavior

Image should rotate

Actual behavior

Image does not rotate when clicked right ,left or rotate 180. Occasionally when i go back and open the image again i see rotated image that too is not consistent
