ENHANCEMENT: Scrolling through certain menus with Mouse Wheel

Here is my suggestion, and why it should be added.

- It could be nice if you could scroll through menus, like the credits menu, if you miss something, you could scroll back up to see it.

- The Story Mode Menu is a good example of this, as the creators of the game add more and more weeks, it would be neat if you could scroll through the story menu like how it is in Freeplay. Especially if the user has tons of mods, it would be a nice touch and a good quality of life feature.
