Bug Report: Chart Editor Won't place Notes or Events since the pico-mix update

Ofcourse, going into the Chart Editor is easy and all, but i can't figure out a way to place Notes and Events on the "Editor Pad". I did look in the "help" menu but all it says is "left click on the pad" (or something). I don't understand...

Open Chart Editor and (try to) place a Note
