Consider implementing our own in-hourse version of NodeMW

Honestly, NodeMW was the thing that got us into this mess in the first place, since it would die if there were special characters in page titles, which is still not fixed. And considering the Galaxy Dev Team's inclination to make ship names a bunch of bullshit, we really need that issue to be fixed..

Also, I'm pretty sure NodeMW uses node-fetch which we migrated away from. We would honestly get better support and performance just creating our own version using axios and the Galaxypedia API.
