How do i make so hyde is also run on different user?

I understand it is niche case, but i need to create a separate user, but as I understand there only auto-generated hyprland. I think there is a better way to do so, then just setup hyde on the second user. I guess i need to somehow share directories between user? Any advise?

i don't have any experience with any but would a dotfile manager app work?

i have never tried one myself or know of any but I'm assuming one of them should have something like what you're looking for (being able to easily setup dots across two users?)
