Full Text Indexing: Attempts to index harvested files fail because they do not exist locally.

Harvesting a small production set shows that full text indexing attempts to index files of harvested datasets and fails repeatedly, throwing lots of stack trace failures in server.log though the actual harvest succeeds.

Full text index should skip files of harvested datasets as it is now skipping rsync package files.
