[Feature request] Add upstream dns

Please add upstream dns, no need to enter the ip of doh or dot with domains that change ip frequently like 0ms and nextdns

please try to add the DNS host name instead the IP - this should work for VPN mode. Root mode might not work with this, but should be tested
