Distorted UI when viewing a pending transaction details #5546

Expected behavior

Fields not available for a pending transaction should not been seen or should have the not available place holder without the copy to clipboard icon
the pending status badge should be correctly styled

Actual behavior

There are empty rows which as the copy to clipboard icon
The pending status badge is kind of distorted

Steps to reproduce

Click on a pending transaction
You would be on the transaction details page

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
