[1.18] [Request] JEI 9 support

Could you support JEI 9 as JEI 10 isn't the main version for 1.18

As JEI themselves said, the two versions are not compatible, so I don't have a good idea

How are the versions not compatible?
Also I believe that most of the mods for 1.18 use JEI 9's api if there is some difference.
Also the behaviour of some mods (e.g. ItemZoom & Create's pondering) doesn't work as expected when I use JEI 10 but everything works fine except multiblocked when on JEI 9.

Most of the mods on 1.18 use JEI 10. The other issues you mentioned also arent a JEI 10 related bug.
