Support more than 1 Jenkins server

Great plugin. Would be really nice if you could add more than 1 Jenkins server though.

I think the easiest way to tune the views would be a tab for each server.

So nice we could switch from mail-communication to github-issue-tracking :)

I will implement it in the next 0.9.0. The server configuration list will be set as IDE setting. So it will be more convenient to add in your project.

Thanks for helping on that. It could be convenient to look at the source code of the server configuration of mongo4idea plugin and see how to apply it for jenkins plugin.

You can clone the master branch and submit pull request.

FYI, Idea 13.1 will include http client 4.0. So I will update the code to support OAUTH and other secured protocols.
