Hi,
I happily used pyniryo2 with my Ned. However it is now showing that it's deprecated and users should switch to pyniryo.
However, the latest pyniryo version which works with the Ned is 1.1.2, which was released in 2022.
pyniryo2 was released in Dec 2024, making it the most recent software package that had active development.

I am a bit confused as to which python library I should use. Could somebody clarify?

Hey,

According to this documentation, pyniryo2 is now deprecated and will no longer receive updates, which means that future improvements and bug fixes will only be available in pyniryo.

Hope this helps!

Yes, sure, but it seems that from v1.20 NED is not supported anymore (see here)
Hence, I wonder whether newer versions of pyniryo will introduce support again? Or if the (deprecated version of) pyniryo2 is the most recent one...
