We have created tools for customers to perform searches as well as replaces across topic attributes. Ideally, these should be incorporated into the OnTopic Editor itself to provide first-class support directly integrated into the editor. This should be relatively trivial, given the existing investments into those tools. As part of this, we'll need to identify an appropriate place to link to it from the interface.
