A custom user USERNAME created by the contextualization doesn't have fixed the SELinux labels on ~/.ssh as we fix always only the /root/.ssh/. Related error in the log:

Nov 28 16:09:23 ip-172-30-4-33 one-contextd: Script loc-23-selinux-ssh output: restorecon:  lstat(/root/.ssh) failed:  No such file or directory
