CMIIW, but based on my understanding, the oncalls API currently limits fetching on-call shifts to a maximum of 90 days. However, in the PagerDuty web interface, I can see all past on-call shifts for a user.
For example, in the web UI, I can see that a user has six past on-call shifts, but when querying the API, I only retrieve two, which are within the current time range. These missing shifts occurred two months ago.
Is there any way to fetch the full history of a user’s on-call shifts via API, similar to what’s displayed in the web console? If so, could you provide guidance or an example?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Best,
