Support for Limelight 4

The latest image available for Limelight is the Limelight 3G. There isn't any image available for the Limelight 4.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new image for the Limelight 4 should be created.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have tried to use the Limelight 3G and Raspberry Pi image. The image boots up, but photonvision is unable to find the OV9281 camera.

Additional context
The Limelight 3G or Raspberry Pi image might be sufficient for the Limelight 4. However, I am unable to figure out how to get photonvision to find the OV9281 camera.
