Desktop file for launching the webconsole

Hello,
I thought that maybe i2pd could provide a webconsole desktop file like syncthing does:

What do you think about it?

Issues here:

• what is the icon?
• is Type Application or Link?
• any more keywords or categories?

yes, something like this.
I wanted to discuss if it even wanted before starting to implement it.

Syncthing has a dedicated flag for this so it's easier for them:
--browser-only the web UI in a browser for an already running Syncthing instance.

is Type Application or Link?

I would say that it should be a link since it basically points to localhost:7070.

what is the icon?

The mask -- the favicon.

any more keywords or categories?

I would go for

• Cagegories: Network, Settings, (maybe System?)
  • Additional: P2P (maybe?), Monitor

For keywords I have no better than ideas than you. Maybe just to sort them?
