Signing in with my main Google account, I am forced to re-authorize, but instead of being allowed to do so, I am told that sign-ins are temporarily disabled. This does not happen on my other account.

This issue has been reported to occur on @jakebeal. For now, this issue is marked as a medium priority to say that it should be and/or needs to be addressed at some point. This issue will be escalated to top priority when more users reports that this is becoming a bigger issue.
Some solutions that we have tried that came out unsuccessful:
Remove all Third-party apps within the desired gmail account and rerun IP. Ideally, the document to run IP on will re-authenticate and the add-on will reappear in the list of third party apps with the reported issue resolved. This is not the case. Same issue exist.
