Migrate to PWA

As discussed in the slack server, this is the issue with the most priority at the moment

What

We need to have a functional PWA to install and use as the frontend

Testing scenarios

• correct installation on mobile
• session login
• session logout
• session persistence across app restarts
• push notifications should arrive correctly

A smoke test on other workflows would be also great, we suppose they all should work correctly given that the connections are still the classic frontend-backend http ones

Context

I've been told that the branch multi-project-merge is where the latest development is. I'll keep updating this issue with more context as I go
