Issue Description
I updated to the "latest" spongeforge as per a dev recommendation to fix a few previously reported bugs. When I launched the server I did not receive any errors indicating there was any kind of problem. However, upon logging into the world I noticed that water and lava do no decay when the source block is removed. If I place a new fluid block down the block spreads like it should. However if I pickup the source block the rest of the fluid blocks do not decay as expected, this effects water and lava.
Related to the issue above I also noticed an issue related to falling blocks. When I place a block of gravel or sand on top of a non-falling block like wood or stone and then knock the block out the gravel or sand does not fall as expected. If I place a sand or gravel block in the air with no block under it the block WILL fall. The issue appears to be when updating blocks that already exist in the world (e.g. lava, water)
I am currently running
