[Bug] File drag-and-drop coordinate positioning is incorrect

I noticed that the file drag and drop function seems to be disabled, the window appears to have a file drag and drop isolation, unable to drag and drop files into the app that supports drag and drop placement

I've noticed that this is actually a bug where the drag-and-drop position is positioned in the lower right corner by about 200px instead of where it should be

If you move that window to the top left, it should drag to the right place. That said, this does need to be fixed.
