This seems to be a Windows OS related error.

  1. Did you follow the README (https://github.com/TIGER-AI-Lab/TheoremExplainAgent?tab=readme-ov-file) to install Manim properly? It could be your Windows system failed to recognize Manim to call.

  2. Can you show if the output code at output/quantum_mechanics\quantum_mechanics_superposition_and_entanglement\scene2\code\ is properly generated? If the code exists, then its your Windows system did not properly recognize Manim library.

I followed READM as far as I could. I don't like using Conda and since I have Windows without WSL I used different commands for the same things:

Also I installed Manim properly with pip install manim

wait I think I found the solution. I did reinstall manip, LaTex (the version for Windows) and also ffmpeg and putting all of those in the variables system. now it's not giving me those errors anymore!
But now I get another error:

You need to run this commend when you start a new terminal.

Configure Python path. Note that you need to do

export PYTHONPATH=$(pwd):$PYTHONPATH

To make it work. Otherwise you may encounter import issues.
