Adding local captioning functionality for users

Feature description

I would like to have the ability to add .srt subtitles directly from the NewPipe application so I can watch videos that are not in my native language. These subtitles should be visible only to me.

Why do you want this feature?

I often face comprehension problems when watching foreign language videos. This feature would allow me to easily follow the videos by adding subtitles locally.

Additional information

I am sure this could be a really useful feature for many NewPipe users. I hope you will consider adding it in a future update.
