"About" screen with information such as authors, license(s), URLs

It would be nice to have a place where important information about this app could be gathered. Apart from copyrights and license (or licenses if there are some bits of code that would need their own), which would kinda help defend against #539, there could be links to the contribution guide, to the weblate that's used for l10n and whatever else you want to tell users (privacy policy?). This section could be linked from Settings as a new menu item or an icon in the top bar.

• I carefully read the contribution guidelines and agree to them.
• I checked if the issue/feature exists in the latest version.

Technically I'm reporting this from 0.9.6, sorry. But 0.9.7 is not in f-droid yet and the release notes don't mention anything similar to this suggestion.

Just to be thorough, I've checked out 0.9.7, but couldn't find anything like this, so it's still relevant.
