Download of BeoLingus_Deutsch-Englisch_dictionaryfile.zip v2021.09.28 seems to be older version

thank you very much for providing an update to BeoLingus and OpenThesaurus! 🥰

Problem:

Preferences are not what is expected:

1. Missing: No way to set the font. No way to hide the Footer/Copyright message. No way to show/hide the flags (the latter two options were available in the older version v2020.05.10; I am just assuming they would still be available).
2. Update available, but version offered is v2021.09.27

Steps to reproduce:

• remove any previous versions [optional; just trying to make sure there is no unintended leftovers]
• download BeoLingus_Deutsch-Englisch_dictionaryfile.zip in the latest version (currently v2021.09.28)
• extract .zip to $HOME/Library/Dictionaries
• start Dictionary.app
• open Preferences of Dictionary.app
• klick on "BeoLingus Deutsch-Englisch" entry
• check Preferences of this entry

Expected preferences:

• "Auf Update prüfen"/"Check for updates"
• Footer with copyright: show/hide options
• Flags: show/hide options
• Font: many options

Currently available preferences:

• "Auf Update prüfen" (in German, although OS is "English (US)")

Choosing "Auf Update prüfen" returns:

Es steht eine neue Version v2021.09.27 zur Verfügung. Sie besitzen v2021.07.22-beta.

This is weird, since the current version is v2021.09.28, newer than what is allegedly available as well as what is currently installed.

I tried to make triple sure that this is not an error on my side. Downloaded the zip manually as well as with the script I'm usually using. diff'ing the files, which seem to be the same.
Although I cannot rule out an error on my side, it looks to me as if the zip file in release v2021.09.28 is actually the v2021.07.22-beta. I can not explain, why the update asks to update to v2021.09.27 instead of v2021.09.28
