[guillotine] Update needed; instruction cannot be replicated #1871

The lab guide to guillotine needs an update. The guide uses and was tested with Ruby 2.6.2, Guillotine 1.4.2, Uberspace 7.3.4.

Current versions are, however:
Ruby 3.2 (uberspace default as at 2025-02-16)
Guillotine 1.4.2 (no change)
Uberspace 7.15.15

Following the lab instructions leads to a fatal error in the guillotine service.

Unfortunately, I know nothing about Ruby, so I can't help here. :(
