The tool is build in Go but the project is not a standar Go package. You can try with go get github.com/Yara-Rules/yara-endpoint/... or either you can clone the repo into your GOPATH which the full path should be $GOPATH/src/github.com/Yara-Rules/yara-endpoint.
