Brief description of tool

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS was released 21st April 2022, I really would like to have it behind the ubuntu-latest tag.

Provide a basic test case to validate the tool's functionality.

I guess people using `ubuntu-latest` tag instead of `ubuntu-20.04` will have to find out ;-)
