Brief description of tool

Golang currently has 1.20.1 cached on the hosted runners, so the actions/setup-go action is picking 1.20.1 when using a go.mod file specifying 1.20.

Go 1.20.2 was released around a week ago which included various fixes (including security fixes). It would be good to have the cached version updated to 1.20.2 to pick up these fixes.
