userland xtaf tool in C

Purpose:
	Test if I can correctly parse the XTAF filesystem.
	This should help in debugging the XTAF kmod.

Usage:
* uxtaf attach DEVICE
  'mounts' DEVICE and get info.  Info includes:
  - FS geometry (start/end of boot/fat/root/other clusters)
  - boot info
  - current directory ( / upon attach)
* uxtaf info
  - show boot/fat/free space/mediasize info
* uxtaf ls
  - show directory contents of current dir, use this format instead of ls(1) format:
    flen (229 = del) attribute(6) startcluster(10) filesize(10) cd ct ad at ud ut filename
* uxtaf cat filename
  - cat file 'filename' to standard output
* uxtaf cd startcluster
  - cd + display new dir starting at startcluster
* uxtaf dot
  - show the dot table

Note that when a directory is not yet read with the ls command, it is impossible
to go to the parent of that directory.  E.g. :

%./uxtaf attach image
%./uxtaf cd Content
  (ok)
%./uxtaf cd ..
  (wrong, destination of .. unknown until "./uxtaf ls" is done)
