[BUG] Unable to share cases with emails linked to GH accounts

For TEA platform accounts that have been created using GitHub, another user seems to be unable to share cases via the registered email.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Rich tried to share a case with Chris, where Chris was logged in via GH.
2. Verified the associated email was correct.
3. Rich unable to share case. Received error (see below).

@chrisdburr I think this is because there are 3 user accounts with the same email address

Can i suggest you delete 2 of the 3 (leaving your github one) and we can try again.
