Add serde support for all datastructures

When we do experiments, we don't want each parameterisation to compute everything from scratch. Instead, we want to cache intermediate results on disk, such that we can reuse them between experiments.

Moreover, the current reading and writing in the bcalm2 format should also be done with serde.
