License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to any software code and associated documentation (collectively, the "Software") made available through this GitHub repository, which is intended solely for testing purposes and for feedback in connection with the research project presented at the SET Conference by the authors named above. By downloading, accessing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to download, access, or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the authors grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for testing purposes and providing feedback on its functionality and performance. No other use of the Software is authorized under this Agreement.

Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Using the Software for any commercial purpose.
  • Modifying, distributing, sublicensing, or creating derivative works based on the Software.
  • Using the Software for any purpose other than as expressly permitted herein.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of the authors, and this Agreement does not transfer any title or ownership rights to you or any third party.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

4. Limitation of Liability

5. General Terms

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the authors regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding that subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
