Not able to create the Subscription ID using my seller account access token

Hi,

We are working on utilizing the SP-API, and consuming the Notification API, we are able to generate the destinationID and map it with Amazon EventBridge but getting errors in creating the subscription ID .

Passing the Seller account access token and destination id as the parameters
