We are planning to fix some things with the $mdSticky service by completely redesigning it and depending more on the native support.

This should fix issues like:

Reported Issues to be fixed with the new implementation

  • Dynamic Sticky Elements
  • Shaking in various browsers
  • Sticky clone elements cause directives to be compiled twice
