服务器上有ipv4和ipv6地址，发现
listen: :6443
这样填写，默认上监听ipv6地址
netstat -nlp | grep 6443
udp6 0 0 :::6443 :::* 34992/hysteria
客户端通过ipv6地址连接，这是没有问题的。
如果希望ipv4 listen。
listen: 0.0.0.0:6443
也是可以。
如何同时监听ipv4和ipv6呢？写多个地址，看论坛说，就只有第一个生效。
