I have added pahole and bpftool as submodules within the repo so they can compiled
during runtime:

The bpftool is installed from the source. Pahole is being built as a debian package before being installed (3rdparty/xxx.sh scripts). Maybe its better to make them distro agnostic (taking this issue in consideration). TBD
