Full Carrier Inventory

There is a use case to be able to post full carrier inventories to Discord, not just buy and sell orders.

This is for CMDRs in squads to share information about their full inventories with squad members, so that they can communicate to request sell orders to be created for commodities or materials that do not currently have sell orders.

To accommodate this, the existing carrier window could be modified to include further panels, listing the full commodity and materials inventories. Need to investigate what we get from CAPI and how it is structured - does the full inventory include or exclude existing sell orders and does it split by normal / stolen goods. Also, need to take care that this window doesn't get too large with the additional panels.
