Hello,everyone! I have some problem using ciphey.I want to know how to specifying the code arguments if I know the result is all numbers, specifically,they are 11 nunmbers with the beginning of 1.The following are some examples:

Does anybody have some ideas?
By the way, I am not familiar with cryptography .
