would be useful

to generate new resources in standard format with standard attributes blank to fill in (related to package.json manifest generator for resources #14 ) and maybe even with standard tests
to take existing resource objects (such as those created with a resource editor) and spit them out into standard files.

probably just means a better resource resource.
